We guarantee that our tea products are authentic and sealed to ensure aroma, freshness and flavor is retained for your enjoyment. We will be very happy if you want to return or replace the tea products if they meet the following conditions:

 

Replacement and Return Terms:

1.       Contact us via our website or email or mobile within 7 days of purchase date.

2.       The product in its original pack and not opened or used.

3.       The customer will pay the shipping fees to our site.

4.       Shipping fees will not be refunded.

5.       The process of refunding or replacing the product will be conducted after we receive it and be sure it is in its original condition.

6.       If you paid using electronic payment gateways, the money will be refunded to the card account according to your bank terms and it may take up to 15 days.

7.       We will provide you information on how you can send us the product and serve you immediately after checking the product is in its original condition either by email or customer support representative.

 

Products that can not be returned or replaced:

1.       Products on sale.

2.       Products not on original condition or opened.

3.       Products not matching serial numbers registered in our website.

 

Other Terms:

1.       In the event that any shipment arrives to the customer that does not match his request, he has the right to inform us of the ed note by responding to the email sent to him or via the "Contact Us" form and we will compensate him with a new request matching his request without requiring him to pay any additional costs, but the wrong product must be returned with the same original condition in which it was received in its original packaging and on its packaging, without any damage to it.

2.       In the event of any shipment arriving to the customer with defects arising from the shipment, he shall be entitled to compensation equivalent to the damage.

3.       In the event that the order reaches the customer more than 15 days after the date of purchase, we will compensate the customer with a new shipment for the entire contents of the order without requiring him to pay any additional costs, or we will return the entire value of the order to him as per his choice (Except for disasters, emergency weather and force majeure that may require giving shipping companies more time).

4.       For orders that include delivery to the customer"s address, the customer may need to inform the shipping company with more details of his address, bearing in mind that failure by the customer to respond to the repeated delivery representative"s communications will result in the failure to deliver, and the store disclaims responsibility when the shipment is damaged or affected after this time has elapsed and it may result in the return of the shipment to us, the customer will pay additional costs for shipping again.

5.       When the customer shipping data includes an incorrect address or contact number, the store disclaims responsibility for the transport company not being able to deliver the shipment, and we will do our best to complete the delivery process but bear any costs or damages due to the delay.
